ZCQ Vacuum Deaerator is a kind of special equipment to process gas-soaking drilling fluid. Our factory develops it on the basis of all kinds of deaerators home and abroad, which is suitably assorted for various mud cleaning system. It plays an important part in recovering the gravity of mud and it also can be used as a large power agitator if mud dose not contain any gas.

3.Working Principles
The deaerator belongs to vacuum type deareator, which uses vacuum suction to make negative pressure zone in vacuum tank, and then under atmospheric pressure, the mud enters hollow shaft of rotor through vacuum pipeline, flings to tank wall with the spraying shape from the windows around hollow shaft.Because of the collision and foam separator, the bubbles soaking in mud are broken and gas escapes and discharges to safety zone through vacuum suction. The mud enters emptying chamber for weight of itself and discharges out of the tank through rotor.
In addtion, as the vacuum pump and main motor are started at the same time, the rotor linking with motor also revolves in high speed. As a result, the mud can only enter tank through suction pipeline instead of discharge pipeline.
4.Structure Features
(1) Use the suction of vacuum pump to make mud into vacuum tank, and also use it to discharge gas out of vacuum tank, so the vacuum pump plays two different parts here.
(2) During work process, the water ring vacuum pump keeps an isothermal state, suitable to suck combustible and explosive gas, so the security performance is reliable.
(3) The mud flings to tank wall from the rotor window in high speed so that the bubbles in mud are broken completely, so the deaerating effect is very good.
(4) Install vacuum control valve on the upper cap of vacuum deaerator. The customer can make use of the control valve hand to adjust vacuum degree in vacuum tank, which keeps between 0.03~0.05 MPa, so that avoid higher vacuum degree and lengthen the life span of vacuum pump.
(5) The main motor is place bias to lower the gravity center of whole machine.
(6) Use leather belt spreading to avoid complexity of speed reducer.
(7) Application of moisyure separator avoids discharging water and gas at the same time and keeps the discharge pipeline unimpeded.
(8) Discharge pipeline is deep in mud tank so it can be used as large power agitator if mud dose not contain any gas.
5.Installation, Operation and Regulation
(1) It is not really strict to location request as long as no obvious incline.
(2) When install, crane the whole machine, joint the flange of suction pipeline and that of vacuum tank bottom. Pay attention to putting a rubber cradle between the two flanges to prevent the gas leaking.
(3) Before starting, immerse the ends of discharge pipeline and suction pipeline into mud at the same time. Otherwise, it cannot work.
(4) Betore starting vacuum deaerator, connect inlet hose on inhale water valve of annoy water separator. Open running water, stopping until it is full. Then starting the main motor of vacuum pump and vacuum deaerator.
(5) Regulation:
1Because vacuum pump is water ring vacuum pump, water must be supplied during the work process of deaerator. But the water volume is small (The water in annoy water separator is full, but not over flow).
2Before start the motor, move he allied set take by hand, Has no baffling, have no abnormality sound, strap loose tightly feat. If can not be moved, do not start the power supply to avoid damages to motor.
3When starting, make sure the revolving directions of motor and vacuum pump are correct, which should be consistent with the arrow marks on vacuum pump and belt cover of main motor. Rotating counter is forbidden.
4At the beginning of operation, notice the reading on vacuum gauge. The vacuum degree should between 0.03~0.05Mpa,otherwise,
adjust the vacuum degree at once to avoid damage to vacuum pump.
(6) User supplies fluid discharge hose and gas discharge hose for oneself.
6. Maintenance
(1) Clean the top cover of deaerator vacuum tank once a week to prevent the gas channel from blocking. Connect high pressure service pipe and reacuum controlling valve while print, print for 3~5 minutes.
(2)After operation, cut electricity, unload sight hole blind then clean the rotor and suction pipeline in vacuum tank, check if any of the components is damaged and clear off things in tank, flush the tank wall and rotor by high pressure water pipe.
(3) When the temperature of working environment is above 40℃, check the vacuum reading as necessary. When the reading is below 0.03 Mpa, keep the water temperature in vacuum pump below 45℃.
(4) Should observe when the vacuum pump normally revolves whether have vibrate, whether have a miscellaneous voice inside pump, and measurese stuffing box and bearing temperature. (Bearing normal temperature can not the higher than environment temperature be 40℃, operate temperature can not more that 70℃) If the vacuum pump contains abnormality, should immediately stop and check.
(5) If discover the drilling liquid be inhale the vacuum pump, should immediately regulate racuum controll valve above of vacuum tank can reduce vacuum, keep drilling liquid from follow into vacuum pump.
(6) In winter, discharge all the water in pump and moisture separator in time to avoid cracks as a result of freezing.
(7) Every other month, use grease squirt to fill sodium-base grease into main shaft bearing. Filling volume is 200ml.
